Lisa started her career with First National Bank in the Mortgage & Commercial Loan Departments. After staying home with her three children for 7 years, she went back to work for an Attorney's office preparing closing documentation. This experience, in both legal and finance, has greatly contributed to her success in Real Estate. She started selling Real Estate in 2002 and opened Real Estate Resource Associates in 2008.

Bethany is a lifelong resident of the Muscatine Community. She and her husband have a blended family of four young children; Brynnlee, Cohen, Elliott, and Lexi. They are animal lovers as well and have quite the village!
Bethany received her Associates Degree in 2016, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management in 2019 and her Postbaccalaureate Paralegal Certificate in 2022. Her diverse educational background and experience in some of Muscatine’s largest corporations provide her a wide variety of skills that have contributed to her success.

Sandy is our property management maintenance coordinator. She has lived in the Muscatine Area her entire life! Sandy loves to garden, loves plants, and loves visiting the ocean when possible! She enjoys helping people in any way she can, specially her elderly friends. Sandy owned a business in Muscatine for 25 Years helping the elderly navigate through the analog to digital television era.

Mackenzie is a lifelong resident of Muscatine. Mackenzie lives with her husband and 2 children, Maddox and Brooklyn. They are both involved in youth activities in both school and traveling sports. Mackenzie is a part time Real Estate Assistant and Office Manager for Real Estate Resource Associates but also works as a part time Certified Pharmacy Technician at Hy-Vee Pharmacy in Muscatine. Mackenzie has been in both professions for several years. I also enjoy baking and doing anything with my family.
Born in Mexico, Ana moved to Riverside, California when she was just two years old. In 1995, Ana and her family moved to Washington, Iowa as one of the first Mexican families in town. At the time, Ana only knew one word in English—"apple"—which made adjusting to a new school, language, and environment challenging. Watching her parents work tirelessly to raise seven children, she aspired to have a family of her own one day but was determined to build a career outside of factory work.
Determined to succeed, she worked hard to learn English and eventually became fluent. In 2004, she began working at the Hy-Vee grill in Washington, Iowa. Her bilingual skills quickly opened new opportunities, and she was offered a position in the pharmacy. Initially hesitant due to her lack of experience in the field, she ultimately accepted, recognizing it as a chance to build a career. In 2006, she became the first nationally certified pharmacy technician at Hy-Vee Pharmacy. That same year, she welcomed her first daughter, Yvett.
In 2010, Ana married Ramiro Castillo and moved to Fruitland, Iowa. Later that year, they welcomed their son, Thiago. She transferred her pharmacy position to the Hy-Vee Pharmacy in Muscatine, where she continued to enjoy working with the public, especially helping Spanish-speaking customers navigate their healthcare needs.
In 2023, Ana expanded her career by becoming a licensed realtor and joining the RERA team. She looks forward to guiding individuals and families through the home-buying process and is proud to offer her services in both English and Spanish.
