The Lofgren Team is a two-generation real estate team serving Muscatine and the surrounding communities. Maggie Lofgren and her husband, Damien Maynard, alongside Maggie’s parents, Mark and Paula Lofgren, the team brings generations of local knowledge, experience, and a genuine commitment to helping others.
Maggie, mother to Gracie, Louden, and Leightynn, is passionate about serving others and understands the importance of compassion, communication, and hard work when helping clients navigate important life transitions.
Damien, a Muscatine-area native, Wilton High School graduate, veteran, and father of two, brings a strong commitment to service and personalized client care. He joined his wife and the Lofgren Team after beginning his real estate career and is dedicated to guiding clients through the buying and selling process with honesty, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Paula is a retired educator with thirty-three years experience in working with children and families. Being a mother of four and grandmother, Paula knows how important creating a loving home is and enjoys helping clients do just that.
